For sign-in, followed teams, notifications, comments, or membership access, use the Contact page. Include the league, team, and email on the account, but never send your password.
League and team staff
For scheduling, ICEWIRE Cast, score bugs, media, streaming destinations, or account roles, sign in to the Admin Center and include the production name and approximate time of the issue.
Live-event incident
Check camera and audio permissions, confirm ICEWIRE Cast shows the correct event, and review the fan page’s broadcast state. If the incident continues, preserve the event and device details for Support.
Security or abuse
Report suspected account compromise, harmful content, or unauthorized access immediately through Contact. Do not post credentials, stream keys, or private fan information.
